What this page covers
This notice covers the SecurePrompt marketing website only. It does not describe the SecurePrompt product, which is deployed inside a customer’s own infrastructure and is governed by that customer’s agreement with us.
What we collect
Only what you type into the pilot request form: your name, your organisation, and one contact address — a Telegram handle or a work email. The site sets no analytics or advertising cookies, and loads no third-party trackers.
Why we collect it
To reply to your request and arrange a scoping call. We do not use it for anything else, and we do not sell or share it with third parties for their own purposes.
Where it goes
Form submissions are forwarded to our internal intake sheet, accessible only to SECURETECH LLC staff working on the enquiry. The record is retained while the enquiry is active and for as long as we have a legitimate reason to keep it.
The live demo
The demo sends the text or document you give it to our hosted detection service, which returns it with the personal data replaced by placeholders. By default your submission is processed in memory and never stored. It is kept only if you tick the consent box, which asks for one specific thing: keeping that submission to improve our detection models. Do not put data through the demo that you are not permitted to send outside your organisation — on a pilot the same engine runs inside your own network instead.
The one cookie
Using the demo sets one cookie, sp_demo, on demo-api.secureprompt.tech. It carries a random identifier and exists only to count the free allowance — three documents and ten texts — against one device. It is not used to track you, is read by nothing else, and clearing it simply gives that browser a new allowance.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@secureprompt.tech and we will action it. You do not need to give a reason.
